1. Information on this site is indicative

Product pages describe each construction as face stock + adhesive code + liner + finishing. Values such as grammage, thickness, initial tack, peel adhesion, minimum labelling temperature, service temperature range and shelf life are typical values or reference ranges, not guaranteed specifications. Normal manufacturing tolerances apply and may vary between batches.

Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or a guarantee of availability. Prices, MOQ and lead times shown are indicative and are confirmed only in a written quotation, proforma invoice or contract issued by us.

2. You must test the material yourself — this is a condition of sale

• Press trial. Print, die-cut, matrix-strip, wind and rewind at your normal production speed.
• Application trial. Apply to the real container or surface, at the real application temperature and line speed, including wet, dusty or curved surfaces where relevant.
• Service and ageing test. Test under the conditions the label will actually face — chilled, frozen, hot fill, pasteurisation, retort, humidity, outdoor UV, solvents, hand contact — for a period that covers your product's shelf life.
• Storage test. Confirm the material performs after storage in your warehouse climate.

Recommendations, shortlists, selection guidance and calculator output on this site are provided as a starting point only. They are not a statement that a material is fit for your product, and they must not be relied on as the basis for any claim for compensation, loss of product, line stoppage, rework, recall or consequential damage. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of a material that has not been tested and approved by you in your own conditions.

3. Orders, price and delivery

• An order exists only when we accept it in writing (proforma invoice or contract) and, where agreed, receive the deposit.
• Prices are based on raw-material cost at the date of quotation and may be revised if material cost, exchange rate or freight changes materially before shipment. We will tell you before producing.
• MOQ, lead time, roll format, core size and packaging are as stated in the quotation.
• Delivery terms follow the Incoterm named in the quotation. Risk passes as stated in that term.

4. Claims

Any shortage, damage or visible defect must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and batch identification, and the material must be kept available for inspection. Defect claims are limited to replacement of the affected material or refund of its invoice value, at our option. We are not responsible for material that has been stored incorrectly, converted outside our recommendations, or used without the testing described in section 2.

5. Intellectual property

The catalogue structure, product coding, text, diagrams and photographs on this site belong to us. You may use them to evaluate and purchase our material. Republishing them commercially, or presenting them as your own, requires our written permission.

6. Third-party links

Where we link to external sites, we do not control their content and are not responsible for it.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the invoice value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of production, downstream claims or penalties.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page will change. The terms in force at the date of your order apply to that order.
